Microperforated for washrind
This cheese wrap measures 220mm x 220mm for each sheet. It’s double-layer microperforated and can be used on other styles of cheese such as lactic acid, blue vein, white mould, and ashed cheese. The washed rind wrap consists of 2 layers (semi-opaque and gloss) which control the maturation of the wash rind cheese.
To use, place the matt (not the gloss) side against the cheese.
