This micro-perforated cheese wrap is perfect for allowing your cheese to breathe under a controlled environment during the entire maturation process of up to 10 weeks. This paper is comprised of two layers. The inner layer is paraffin coated, thin white parchment paper. The outer layer is a 20 micron opaque white micro-perforated polypropylene paper. These two layers are bonded together to protect your cheese and ensure its wonderful aroma and flavour.
Cheese Wrap is to be used with the shiny side to the outside.
