Shaft and the mixing paddles area made of 304 stainless-steel (or 316 per request) .The mixing paddles can be completely removed for normal cleaning and sanitizing procedures. The front shaft is finish with food grade seals. The bearing shaft side port is then sealed with a food grade healthful tri-clamp cap on the top.

– Heating and cooling through a double jacket with 1/2” connections (models 50ltr and 100ltr)
– Connections for rinsing the butter and drainage of buttermilk/wash water
– Electric motor with variable speed regulation
– Dismountable special stirrer with shovels for ease of cleaning and working with butter
